Refund policy

At Jujuonthatlash, we strive to provide high-quality lash supplies and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Lash trays

• Tweezers

• Adhesives

• Liquids

• Beauty tools

• Any opened or used products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will replace the item or provide a store credit if the claim is approved.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
