Local Pickup (Houston)
- Free local pickup is available at checkout.
- You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.
Local Delivery (Houston Area)
We offer local delivery within the Houston area.
- Orders $150 or more qualify for FREE local delivery.
- Orders under $150 may have a delivery fee based on your location.
- Delivery times will be arranged after your order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Jujuonthatlash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist whenever possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim.
